Sometimes I resent how I ended up living in the 21st century.

Listen to me, myself from 2018.. after you graduate, there will be a covid. The city will be empty, restaurant owners will go bankrupt. The money will flow to coin and metaverse scams for a while..

But after the wipe, the survivors (a.k.a the capital) will come back and cover the whole land again. Tourists will come back like nothing ever happened.

And even after that, LLM will come. Every day some new thesis, new product, new tool comes out. Every day, some guy shouts out that they built some random website within a day, some say some amazing technology reduced the previous workload to 1/300, some company proceeds with a massive layoff.

But still, you still need to worry about oil shortages, watch people cook with woodfire instead, waiting in the queue at the gas station.

What a life!

I wish the world were more stable. No trillionaires in the world, no war, no genocide.

I wish I didn’t need to question whether optimizing the current flow will be more efficient, or doing nothing and just waiting for our mega LLM company to release a new tool with a new paradigm that will make the old workflow totally meaningless.

However, what is done is done.

And when the action is big, the reaction is just as big.

Wishing good luck for that reaction..

Best regards.
